Dr. Marissa Rubio-Ellis
Senior Doctor
Dr. Marissa Rubio-Ellis is what some people might call a Disney adult. Growing up in Southern California allowed her to be exposed to Mickey and friends, along with the magic of Disney and she does her best to incorporate fun into her practice and day to day life. If she’s not at the office, chances are good that she’s at Disneyland!
Before graduating from Creighton University with a BS in Biology and BA in English, she fell in love with her husband, John and decided to stay at Creighton for dental school. After graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998, she and John packed up and moved to his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona and set down their roots closer to family.
Besides being a current member of the American Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Association, and the International Association for Orthodontics, Dr. Ellis works hard at staying up to date on the latest and greatest dental techniques. She is also a certified member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics providing Botox for TMJ issues and cosmetics along with cosmetic dermal fillers. Dr. Ellis has even been known to take her team to Disneyland–rather the California Dental Association meetings in Anaheim, to stay current on technology.
In her spare time, Dr. Ellis is a certified Jazzercise instructor, a SCUBA diver, and an avid Arizona Diamondbacks fan. However, at the end of the day, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and their two children, Bernie and Reef.
Dr. Amanda Rael
Dr. Amanda Rael is originally from New Mexico, where she attended the University of New Mexico and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from A. T. Still University – Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health along with her Certificate in Public Health- Dental Emphasis. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Rael chose to pursue a one year residency in advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) at the University of New Mexico Hospital back home in Albuquerque. While in residency, Dr. Rael was exposed to many aspects of dentistry, including management of medically complex patients, as well as surgery and hospital based dentistry.
When Dr. Rael is not at the office, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband and their 3 children. She enjoys reading, traveling, making sourdough bread, and all that motherhood has to offer. Dr. Rael is committed to continuing her education and is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Schnieder
Dr. Schnieder consistently strives to provide a warm and relaxing dental experience for each and every patient she sees. She loves helping others feel confident and pleased about their oral health, as well as sharing valuable education that will serve them well throughout the years.
While growing up in Minnesota, Dr. Schnieder’s childhood dentist always gave kids funky-looking sunglasses to wear and even made balloon animals with a compressed air syringe. He even let her squirt the water like a squirt gun while in the treatment chair! In short, going to the dentist throughout these formative years was a fun and exciting experience, and it inspired her to want to follow the same career path and leave patients smiling as well.
Dr. Schnieder’s college career started at St. Cloud State University, where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. From there, she graduated from the inaugural class at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Today, she continues to be passionate about expanding her clinical skills and regularly attends SPEAR study clubs and Seattle study clubs to learn more about advanced techniques in the dental field. She is also a current member of the Arizona Dental Association.
Dr. Schnieder and her husband have three amazing children, including the new baby Ruby, born in July! They also have their Welsh Corgis at home named Roxie. When she isn’t busy at the dental office, you can usually find her attending her book club, doing yoga, and spending lots and lots of quality time with her family. She is also a black belt in taekwondo.
Dr. Brent Woodmansee
Dr. Brent Woodmansee completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and earned degrees in finance and marketing. He then achieved his doctorate of dental medicine at Midwestern University, where he also graduated in the top 5% of his class. Lastly, Dr. Woodmansee finished a Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with the United States Air Force, earning the title of Advanced Clinical Dentist during his 9 years of service in the military.
Dr. Woodmansee also earned the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology-College of Sedation in Dentistry Master Certification. In addition, Dr. W has taught over 75 nurses, physicians, and dentists as a certified American Heart Association-Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor. His post-graduate education has provided him additional training in the areas of IV sedation, oral surgery, dental implants, management of medically compromised patients, and the latest advances in dental technology.
Dr. Woodmansee is a member of multiple professional societies, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesia, and the American Dental Association.
Outside of the office he enjoys hiking, off-roading, and skiing. Dr. Woodmansee is a Phoenix native and an avid Arizona State Sun Devil and Cardinals fan. Though he enjoys his hobbies and practice, his favorite time is spent with his wife, Lindsay, and three children Harper, Sloan, and Emerson.
Dr. Keith Norton
Dr. Keith Norton is a highly experienced dentist dedicated to creating healthy and beautiful smiles. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University. He brings over 23 years of experience practicing dentistry.
Dr. Norton is a general dentist who specializes in dental implants, endodontics, and oral surgery. He also performs root canal therapy and wisdom tooth extractions. Through expert care and innovative techniques, he ensures that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.
